Phone Meetings are held 6 days a week and are hosted by OA-HOW Virtual Service Bureau based in Minnesota. You can get the schedule and phone numbers on the OA/HOW Phone Meetings website.
Their meetings and program are very similar to HOW-OA Northern California with a few exceptions:
1) All their meetings are 2 hours. Their meeting format is available on this other OA HOW website.
2) They don’t provide a food plan; instead they require members to obtain a food plan from a medical professional or a treatment center. However, most of their members’ abstinence is very similar to HOW-OA food plan abstinence.
